David Abramson

David is one the most widely known and respected leisure advisors in London.

With over 20 years in the business he has built a reputation brokering corporate property acquisitions of the highest caliber. He has worked with Nobu, Novikov, Cipriani, Novus, Nandos, Stonegate, Masala World, Conran, Ping Pong, Bodean’s, Black & Blue and Angus Steakhouse.

CEO of the Cedar Dean Group, David is responsible for shaping the group’s vision. He remains actively involved in advising clients, assisting companies on their corporate journey, and in driving new business.

Lee Isaacs


Head of Restructuring

Lee is one of the most prominent lease restructuring specialists
operating in the UK.

In a career spanning over 15 years he has successfully assisted multiple PLCs and major corporates with every aspect of lease negotiation.

His unique approach has delivered consistently outstanding results for a client list that includes: Thomas Cook Plc, Stonegate Pub Company, Subway Sandwiches, Jaeger, Select Retail, Delice de France, Brammer UK and Novus Leisure.

Michael Macpherson


Strategic Lease Manager

Michael is a RICS qualified chartered surveyor specialising in commercial real estate transactions and occupational portfolio consultancy across the UK.

As the head of Strategic Lease Management at CDC, Michael is responsible for managing national leasehold property portfolios on behalf of corporate clients. Before joining our team, Michael worked for a commercial property advisory firm in the city of London.

David Ford


Head of Landlord & Tenant / Rating

David is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

David has over 30 years of experience representing both corporate and private landlord and tenant clients in the negotiation and settlement of rent reviews, lease renewals and business rates appeals. With a particular focus on the restaurant and leisure industry, David’s experience spans every kind of business location including retail, office and industrial spaces. David is a frequent expert witness, called upon to provide evidence at Valuation Tribunals, third party referrals including arbitrations, and in court.

Rupert Boheimer

BSc (Hons) MRICS IRRV (Hons)

Landlord & Tenant/Rating Consultant

Rupert is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation.

He has over 25 years experience advising clients on their business rates, rent reviews and lease renewals. For the last 15 years, Rupert has specialised in business rates mitigation and has successfully appealed over a thousand rating assessments on most property types, including restaurants, hotels, nightclubs, pubs, golf courses, offices and warehouses, achieving significant savings for his clients. As well as negotiating on behalf of his clients, Rupert has often appeared at Valuation Tribunal as either an advocate or expert witness.


Charon Balarabe Bcs (Hons) is CDC’s Head of Operations, and PA to Morris Greenberg.

Her detailed management skills help to run an incredibly efficient office. She maintains close control of administration and accounts, and is also responsible for overseeing the property databases and dealing with day-to-day client enquires.

Natalie Josephs

Director of Marketing

With years of branding and marketing experience within the leisure and property sector, Natalie understands what it takes to make a brand stand out in today’s constantly evolving market.

As head of CDC’s marketing department, Natalie manages every aspect of brand development with flair and passion. She and her team are focused on delivering the ideas and versatile creative thinking needed to turn a great business into a great brand.

Laura Kogan

Marketing Manager

Laura brings enthusiasm, drive and creativity to her marketing role at CDC.

After years working within the marketing teams of the property industry, Laura now works on all aspects of CDC’s internal and external communication, from branding and digital management through to events. She is an eternal source of fresh ideas, continually inspiring the team to reach their full creative potential. She believes passionately in the value of partnership with brands who share a similar vision and culture.

Shekha oversees public relations at CDC.

With years of experience as a journalist and in PR, she has a good eye for a story and works on increasing the company’s exposure across a variety of media channels. Shekha enjoys the creativity and collaborative nature of communications – working alongside colleagues to ensure visibility of their projects and expertise – and forging partnerships with clients to produce exciting, relevant content across print, digital and audio platforms.

Karen Clarke

Commercial Director

Karen joined CDC in September 2017, having worked independently in residential property for more than 10 years and previously as an independent mortgage broker for 12 years. She moved into commercial property in 2012 and finds this part of the industry particularly fascinating.

Karen’s focus is on client relations, building trust and delivering on promises. She enjoys meeting new people and building a trusted network.

Molly Cleeton

Executive Assistant to CEO & Directors

Molly has recently joined the CDC. Coming from a corporate world, she brings with her a skill set which will provide a slick and efficient interface between clients and the management team.

Molly will facilitate effective time management helping David Abramson and his directors deliver the bespoke, quality service our clients demand, whilst protecting our core values. These include nurturing solid, long-lasting relationships.
